| 招聘要求及职责 | 岗位描述：（1）负责团队研究工作，具体包括微纳制造理论、方法和应用研究等；（2）负责团队项目的组织、管理与具体执行；（3）参与团队研究生的培养；（4）参与团队建设，负责相关设备的维护及使用。 资格条件：（1）至少两年以上科研工作经历，具有摩擦学方面的项目及研究经历，能够独立开展研究工作；（2）具有与摩擦学相关的机械、物理、化学、材料、力学等专业毕业的博士学位，取得过若干重要学术成果；（3）对机械表面界面科学与技术的科研和教学有强烈的兴趣与责任感，具有较大的发展潜力；（4）符合机械系人事制度改革方案中对各级岗位的具体要求。 所需材料：个人详细简历，个人代表作5篇，申请信。 Employer: Micro and nano Fabrication Team, State Key Laboratory of tribology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University. Position: 1scientific and technological research post of micro- and nanomanufacturing. Duties: （1） responsible for team research, including but not limited to theory, method and application of micro- and nanomanufacturing; （2） responsible for organization, management and specific implementation of team projects; （3） participating in the training of graduate students; （4） participating in team construction, and be responsible for the maintenance and use of relevant equipment. Qualifications: （1） having at least two years of scientific research experience, with projects and research experience in tribology, able to carry out research independently; （2） having a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering, physics, chemistry, materials, mechanics and other majors related to tribology, with several important academic achievements; （3） having a strong interest and sense of responsibility in the research and teaching of mechanical surface and interface science and technology, and having great potential for development; （4） meeting the requirements of the personnel system reform plan in the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
